Explain how Europe found itself in War in 1914. Select three European Nation to profile and their stake in World War 1 ?

This marks the era in which the world war 1 broke out in Europe after the assassination Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the heir to Austro Hungarian  Throne and his wife. After that Europe was divided in two major blocks:

• The Triple Entente which consisted of France, Britain and Russia.
• The Triple Alliance which consisted of Germany, Italy and Austria-Hungary.

The world war 1 started because of the attack of Serbia terrorist on Austro-Hungarian throne and Germany declared a war on the Serbia to take the revenge. To have  a defense Serbia asked for the help of Russia and France was also trapped in the conflict. Germany declared  war on France and Russia on 1 august and because the violation of Germany, Britain came into action on 4 august to support and France and Russia. As these were the great powers of that time so Germany was defeated by them and it lost its position as a powerful country. They were known as the Elite powers by the end of the power and millions of soldiers and people died because of the war. Europe military leaders were its strength in the war whereas the royal navy was the shield and sword for the Britain. The Britain joined the war because it had the fear that the Germany's violation would had a devastating effect on it its and trade and industrial revolution that’s why to stop it the Britain decided to join the war and defeat the Germany.

Britain, France and Russia were the major powers at that time that won the world war 1 and the had a huge stake it apart from Germany and Italy and Austria-Hungary.
