Due to Pro-Russian Protest in 2014 because of the elimination of pro-Russian president, the Russian soldiers without any warning took control of the strategic positions and infrastructure of the Ukrainian boundary of Crimea and detained the heading authority of the state. Due to the referendum organized by the Russia the end result was the annexation of Crimea by Russia.
