What is the difference between hard skills and soft skills and describe from your point of view the soft skills required in social life.

  • Soft skills are basically those skills that a person or an individual posses in itself and they are not transferred from anyone these skills define who a person is and how he interacts with other people in the society.

These skills define the character of a person and the personal attributes that a person possess. Human beings are similar to one another  every person has different personality traits and those are considered the base of a person and are hi soft skills. Like his communication skills, organizational and leadership skills etc.
  • Hard skills are those skills that those skills that are related to how much knowledge a person possess and how he can handle situations while working in an environment. Soft skills are the base of hard skills they enhance them  so that a person can work in any environment efficiently. Hard skills are technical skills that a person gains through experience like his knowledge is gain through his educational qualification and other skills like he knows how to work on computer programmes and is he is working in manufacturing industry he has skill of operating a machinery and he has skill of speaking a foreign language etc.
  • From my point of view there are certain soft skills that a person needs if he wants to efficiently work among others people and these skills are to have good communication skills, he should be able to work in team with others, sense of responsibility, ability to motivate its team and should have self-motivation and he should have creativity in the things he do. If a person has these skills he can work efficiently in social life.
